Job summary

Humana Inc. is hiring a remote Director of Provider Operations who reports to an Associate VP of Strategy Advancement and leads a large operations team. You will build, execute, and oversee manual operations that support VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading, and define operational strategy aligned with business goals.

You must be a U.S. citizen with interim clearance (NBIS) and be eligible under our DoD contract; Puerto Rico residents are not eligible.

Qualifications

• 7 years management of 15+ associates
• 10 years of healthcare operations leadership experience
• 5 years experience building a large scale operations team for a new implementation

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and oversee manual operations supporting VA CCN Credentialing and Provider Data Loading
• Define operational strategy and priorities aligned with business goals
• Collaborate across Provider teams and Humana Military to improve manual work and data quality; guide automation priorities; manage performance through KPIs, staffing and capacity planning
