Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Provider Lifecycle Director - Transformation to lead multi-year strategies and operating model redesign across provider functions. You will drive process improvement, technology enablement, and executive-level change across Claims, Credentialing, Provider Data, and more, delivering measurable business outcomes with robust governance and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare operations and 5+ years leading large transformation

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in healthcare operations or transformation.
Minimum 5 years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
Experience redesigning processes and operating models with measurable results.
Experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Medicare Advantage experience.
Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation.
Lean Six Sigma or Agile training preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year strategy to improve provider operations.
Design operating models and governance across provider functions.
Lead process redesign across Claims, Credentialing, Data Management, Prior Authorization, Contracting.
Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to advance automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to track ROI.
Facilitate governance forums and secure cross-functional alignment.
