Ethos is seeking experienced directors of pricing strategy to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own price elasticity, willingness-to-pay analyses, packaging and tiering decisions, and discount governance, delivering dashboards and readouts for executive stakeholders.

This is a fully remote, flexible role requiring 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $90/hour, aligned with market and your expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis.
• Direct ownership of price elasticity models and packaging/tiering recommendations.
• Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and building revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop price elasticity models and willingness-to-pay analyses.
• Prepare packaging and tiering recommendation decks.
• Prepare discount governance and deal desk guardrail spreadsheets.
• Produce competitive price benchmarking summaries and revenue waterfall analyses.
• Present pricing experiment readouts to executive stakeholders.
