Ladders is seeking an R&D Project Finance Manager to partner with research and development teams in a remote role. You will own project budgeting, forecasting, accruals and performance management for early-stage programs, ensuring financial discipline across the pipeline.

The role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with collaboration across operations, contracts, and leadership to inform decision‑making in a fast-moving development environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries preferred.
• Expertise in clinical trial financial management.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Perform monthly accruals for R&D project contracts.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Own financial planning and performance management for early development programs.D
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for decision‑making.
• Prepare and post monthly and quarterly journal entries.
• Review and approve contracts and amendments.
• Develop financial models to support pipeline decisions.
• Serve as the primary contact between Finance and Project teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal control structures.
