Job summary

Express Scripts Pharmacy is seeking a Product Strategy & Development Senior Advisor to independently drive initiatives that grow profitable volume and improve the customer experience. You will help identify new solutions, evaluate feasibility, and develop business cases across market assessment, pricing strategy, and care management.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare/PBM, strong data-driven skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare / PBM industry.
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning and program management.
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.
• Ability to break down complex problems and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify customer needs and unmet demands.
• Partner with other product teams to build coordinated solutions.
• Scope, size, and build business cases; articulate strategy and monetization levers.
• Analyze claims utilization, margins, and market share; use insights to inform product features.
• Translate data into actionable product concepts and prototypes; create visualizations.
