Blackbird Health is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to elevate pediatric and adolescent care in a 100% remote role across multiple markets. You will oversee therapy teams, build scalable clinical protocols, and optimize provider caseloads to sustain high-quality outcomes.

You will supervise regional clinical managers and therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Medical Services to improve access and outcomes in a growing organization.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in PA.
• 5+ years of clinical operations leadership in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising clinical site managers and supervisors.
• Direct clinical background with pediatric/adolescent mental health.

• Lead regional clinical teams and therapists with coaching and mentorship.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and documentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements across markets.
• Partner with Medical Services and Talent Acquisition to optimize hiring and caseloads.
