Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to elevate pediatric and adolescent care. This 100% remote role oversees clinical operations, supervision of regional managers, and development of scalable protocols across active markets.

The ideal candidate holds a PA LCSW, 5+ years of leadership in behavioral health, and a track record of building high-performing, multi-site teams. Expect collaboration with clinical leadership and cross-functional partners to advance outcome-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising clinical site managers and supervisors, not just direct-care clinicians.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (PA LCSW) and ability to provide supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical managers and remote therapists across multiple markets.
• Develop scalable clinical protocols and optimize provider caseloads.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Quality to drive hiring and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives.
