Job summary

Blackbird Health is a remote-first pediatric mental health provider expanding across markets. We are seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to lead regional clinical managers and therapists, bridging clinical excellence with scalable operations.

You will oversee clinical oversight, develop protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and support multi-state teams (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) while driving outcomes and access for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted PA LCSW license to practice psychotherapy.
• 5+ years of clinical operations leadership in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience managing managers: leading clinical site managers and supervisors.
• Direct clinical background with pediatric, adolescent, and family mental health.
