Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Supervisor to lead supervision, chart audits, and quality improvement for our pediatric therapy team. This is a fully remote role for a Pennsylvania-licensed clinician who can supervise masters-level clinicians and pre-licensed therapists.

You will conduct professional development, support onboarding, and ensure evidence-based care with a focus on developmentally informed, neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Qualifications

• Active PA LCSW with qualifications to supervise master’s-level clinicians.
• Minimum 3+ years post-licensure psychotherapy experience with children.
• Experience conducting clinical supervision, chart audits, or training.
• Expertise in CBT, DBT-informed, TF-CBT, and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support, risk management, and professional growth.
• Deliver regular note audits, chart reviews, and QA initiatives.
• Train clinicians on care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Direct patient care: 12-15 hours weekly of psychotherapy with children and families.
