Ladders is seeking a Director, Operations Training to craft the technical training strategy that supports high-performing operations teams in a complex, mission-critical IT environment.

You will define qualification standards, strengthen compliance, and partner with site leadership to identify gaps and drive best practices across the organization—ensuring safer execution and stronger operational outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in technical training or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with technical teams.
• Experience with HVAC and critical electrical systems.
• Familiarity with BMS / EPMS applications.
• Background in power distribution systems in data centers.
• Track record of leading continuous improvement programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Operations Training to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and govern the technical training strategy that supports high-performing operations teams across a complex, mission-critical environment. The Director will define qualification standards, strengthen compliance, and ensure training programs translate into safer execution and stronger operational outcomes. This position will partner closely with site leadership and technical teams to identify gaps, improve preparedness, and build consistent best practices across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set the technical training strategy and oversee program development


• Govern technician qualification standards and implementation
