Job summary

FMG is seeking a Director of Onboarding Delivery to own the client onboarding experience across Wealth and Protection & Benefits. You will manage two onboarding managers and drive a unified operating model with a standard KPI framework.

You will lead cross-functional partnerships with Creative, Technical, Sales, and Product teams, and shape automation strategies to scale delivery while protecting client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery, implementation, or client operations leadership.
• 2+ years managing managers.
• Experience in SaaS, digital agency, or web production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding delivery across Wealth and Protection & Benefits product lines.
• Lead two onboarding managers and maintain weekly accountability rhythm.
• Establish a single operating model with standardized KPIs and SOPs.
• Partner with Creative and Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product to align expectations.
