Job summary

Ascension is seeking a leadership-focused executive for a remote role with 25-50% travel in the Support Center Administration. You will align market operations with CPD and strategic priorities, translating strategies into local plans that drive growth and consistency using data and direct observations to assess performance.

The role requires a Master's degree with leadership experience, RN licensure (ANCC) and 10-15+ years in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management.
• Licensure/Certification: ANCC RN credential obtained within 18 months of hire.
• RN licensure required prior to hire date.
• 10-15+ years of long term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aligns market-level operations with national CPD and strategic priorities.
• Translates overarching strategies into actionable local plans using data and observations to assess performance and inform decisions.
• Develops, implements, and monitors market-specific strategies that drive awareness, alignment, and accountability to achieve KPIs.
• Leads change by communicating vision and supporting transition readiness while ensuring budget stewardship for CPD goals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with market executives and hospital leadership to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
