Job summary

Abby Care is pursuing a Senior Director of Nursing/Administrator to provide strategic clinical leadership across multiple states. This full-time remote role reports to the Head of Clinical Operations and directly guides local Directors of Nursing and Administrators to uphold patient care, quality, and compliance.

You will bridge regional clinical performance with executive strategy, using data dashboards and BI tools to drive results while partnering with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Product

Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN/MHA/MBA strongly preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license; multistate license eligibility required.
• 5+ years of progressive home healthcare experience.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership in home health or multi-site setting.
• Experience managing multi-site teams and navigating state/federal surveys.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional clinical performance and governance across markets.
• Translate corporate clinical strategies into standardized operational practices.
• Partner with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Product/IT to optimize operations.
• Oversee regional capacity planning and leadership development.
• Lead quality benchmarks, incident reviews, and escalation processes.
• Ensure CMS CoPs and Joint Commission readiness across regions.
• Collaborate with Product/IT to standardize clinical workflows.
