Abby Care is scaling its leadership team and seeks a Senior Director of Nursing/Administrator to provide strategic clinical leadership across designated markets. You will align regional performance with enterprise quality goals, oversee multi-state operations, and mentor DONs/Administrators to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Based in Central or Eastern Time Zones with remote work and travel to markets, you will partner with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• MSN, MHA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license; multi-state/compact eligibility required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive home healthcare experience.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership in home health or multi-site settings.

• Standardize onboarding and leadership development for DONs/Administrators.
• Drive quality, regulatory readiness, and risk mitigation across markets.
