Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Nurse Executive to oversee nursing practice, education and development, research, administration and services at a major Texas facility. You will lead senior management, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment of clinical operations with organizational goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree, RN license, and 5+ years of leadership experience (10 years preferred); AACN/ANCC credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required prior to hire date.
• Nurse Executive credentials (AACN) preferred.
• Nurse Executive credentials (ANCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to management within areas of responsibility.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes and programs.
• Formulate and implement operational strategies and initiatives.
