Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure (ANCC) within 18 months of hire
• Master's degree with 3 years of cumulative job-specific experience, 2 years in leadership/management
• 10-15+ years of long term care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads alignment of market operations with CPD and strategic priorities.
• Translates strategies into actionable local plans using data and observations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with market executives, hospital leadership and enterprise partners to ensure alignment.
