Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital seeks a Director, New Gym Openings to lead a team of New Gym Openings Managers and drive profitable openings from pre-sale through 90 days post-opening. You will set standards, coordinate across fitness services, sales, and operations, and personally lead high-priority openings.

This remote role requires travel (40-50%), strong leadership, strategic planning, budget oversight, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple openings while delivering

Formación

• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and/or marketing experience, including experience managing a team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support Managers, priority openings, and corporate offices.
• As needed availability on weekends for special events and priority launches.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team of managers in multi-site environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Managers, New Gym Openings, setting clear goals and holding them accountable to performance standards across every stage of the opening process.
• Establish and continuously refine the playbook, tools, and best practices Managers use to execute new gym openings, ensuring consistency across all locations.
• Review each Manager’s portfolio of active openings, provide guidance on prioritization and resource allocation, and resolve escalations that fall outside a Manager’s authority.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development conversations with Managers, and support hiring, onboarding, and training as the team scales.
• Personally lead or co-lead the highest-priority, highest-risk, or most complex gym openings, modeling standards and providing hands‑on support where needed.
• Guide Managers in organizing events and promotions that attract members during the pre-sale phase, and personally support the highest‑visibility launches.
