- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the fitness industry.
- Willingness to travel 60–70% to new locations and corporate offices.
- As needed availability on weekends for special events.
- Proven experience in managing a team in a fitness-related role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee new gym sales and marketing alignment across club teams.
- Support pre-sale marketing and events to generate awareness and memberships.
- Lead promotions to drive memberships pre-opening.
- Coordinate with Directors to launch fitness programs on schedule.
- Train leadership and staff on essential sales and operations processes.
- Manage pre-opening checklists and vendor follow-up for readiness.
