Job summary

Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Senior Area Director of Operations to oversee operational and business performance across approximately 15 Crunch Fitness clubs. The role reports to the VP of Operations and develops Area Directors of Operations and General Managers to drive profitability, member experience, and strategic execution across a growing, multi-state franchise network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive multi-unit operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-unit or regional leaders and location managers.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, growth, and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Directors of Operations and General Managers across ~15 clubs.
• Drive EBITDA, membership growth, labor, and customer experience.
• Review performance, identify trends, and implement actionable plans.
• Hold leaders accountable for standards and results.
• Staff GM/AGM roles and oversee new club openings.
• Manage budgets and ensure effective operational execution.
