Job summary

4C Health in Peru, IN is seeking an executive to oversee all outpatient medical service programs, including Medication Clinic and Primary Care, ensuring high quality, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operations across our center.

Reporting to the COO and CMO, the role develops policies, manages staff, tracks KPIs, oversees budgets, and coordinates with stakeholders to align services with our mission and grants, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years leadership experience in mental health or healthcare.
• Strong supervisory, budgeting and regulatory coordination capabilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Primary Care and Medication Clinic operations in CCBHC and FQHC settings.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DMHA, IDOH and HRSA standards.
• Oversee 340B compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor budgets, revenue/census and KPI achievement.
• Develop policy, training, and quality assurance programs.
• Supervise clinicians to ensure timely notes and high-quality care.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders.
