Heartline Staffing seeks a Chief Medical Officer in Panama City, FL to provide executive-level clinical leadership for a growing outpatient organization. The role balances administrative and clinical duties, maintains a clinical presence, and builds scalable clinical programs to improve quality and expand services.

The position requires board certification in primary care and current CMO experience in an FQHC, with strong knowledge of UDS, HEDIS, HRSA compliance and a collaborative leadership

Qualifications

• Board-certified in primary care required.
• Currently serving as a Chief Medical Officer in an FQHC required.
• Knowledge of UDS, HEDIS and HRSA compliance required.
• Comfortable holding providers accountable while building relationships.
• Maintaining a clinical presence while serving in an executive leadership role.
