Job summary

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a senior leader to drive the acquisition and development of next-generation data center sites. This remote role involves managing multiple land development projects from market evaluation through development hand-off, aligning with growth strategies.

You will lead site selections, coordinate due diligence, and work with brokers, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in site selection, land acquisition, or related areas.
• Proven track record in managing complex site acquisition projects.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and infrastructure development processes.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple land development projects at various stages, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead site selection efforts, evaluating market opportunities, and assessing site suitability and constraints.
• Coordinate due diligence activities to identify risks and project feasibility.
• Evaluate sites for civil, zoning, environmental, and infrastructure factors.
• Collaborate with partners to assess power and network availability.
• Serve as the main project interface, providing updates to executive leadership.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage schedules, budgets, vendor agreements, and change orders.
