Job summary

Prismic Life Reinsurance is seeking a dynamic Program Director to partner with the COO and CIO, driving strategic initiatives across Investments, Operations, Technology, Finance and Risk. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or related discipline is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading strategic programs, investment-related initiatives, and complex financial services workstreams.
• Experience establishing PMOs, governance frameworks, and operating model transformations.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decisions across stakeholders.
• Experience with insurance or reinsurance transactions and asset management interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic programs spanning Investments, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and external service providers.
• Operationalize TOM 2.0 and translate strategic objectives into scalable processes and governance.
• Oversee onboarding of new reinsurance transactions, asset classes, managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide implementation efforts including data flows, governance, and technology integrations.
• Establish and mature PMO standards with governance, intake, and data ownership.
• Serve as primary coordinator across leadership, asset managers, and external partners.
• Plan and facilitate weekly executive meetings with clear decisions and actions.
• Identify and resolve ownership gaps with concise directives and timelines.
• Synthesize input from stakeholders into actionable recommendations for COO/CIO.
• Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
