Launched on September 1, 2023, Prismic Life currently manages over $17 billion of liabilities.

  • Lead program management activities associated with onboarding new reinsurance transactions investment mandates, asset classes, investment managers, custodian, administrators, and strategic vendors.
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide implementation efforts including operating models, data flows, governance, technology integrations, business readiness, testing, operational procedures, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Establish and mature Program Management Office (PMO) standards including project governance, intake processes, controls, data ownership, and operational procedures supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across Prismic’s leadership, strategic asset managers, service providers, technology partners, and other external stakeholders supporting enterprise initiatives.
  • Plan and facilitate weekly strategic meetings with senior executive-level meetings, ensuring that objectives, decisions, open questions, and required follow-up actions are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Identify issues with unclear or overlapping ownership and translate them into concise, prioritized directives with clear decision owners, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Synthesize complex input from Prismic, PGIM, and other stakeholders into actionable recommendations for the COO, CIO and senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across internal teams, executive leadership, PGIM, and other external partners, ensuring stakeholders remain informed, appropriately engaged, and heard throughout the decision-making process.
  • Anticipate stakeholder concerns, facilitate constructive discussion, and help resolve issues before they impede progress or affect key relationships.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving investment partnerships, operational transformation, new business onboarding, enterprise technology implementations, data governance initiatives, and cross-functional operating model enhancements.
  • Facilitate executive-level and partner meetings, frame decisions, distill complex discussions, document conclusions, establish accountability, and ensure timely follow-through.
