Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software/ML/robotics experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership as Director or similar.
• Proven success building and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and retaining engineering leaders.
• Experience guiding organizations through growth and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing engineering organization spanning software, data, ML, and robotics.
• Define technical vision, architecture, and multi‑year roadmap for See & Scout.
• Design and oversee data/ML lifecycle including ingestion, storage, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Own end‑to‑end software delivery with scalable infrastructure and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Agronomy, Systems, and Engineering teams to deliver value.
• Scale platforms to support long‑term vision, edge computing, and cloud processing.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities and insights.
