Maker's Pride is seeking a Director of Engineering Services to partner with project management teams and manufacturing sites, ensuring capital projects are executed effectively and meet expectations. This leader drives asset management, engineering standards, and equipment reliability programs, with focus on regulatory compliance and best practices across the organization.

The role also oversees all aspects of E‑Z Pak manufacturing—design, sourcing, assembly, testing, deployment—while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in engineering within food manufacturing or GMP environments.
• Experience leading capital projects ($10MM–$35MM range preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead asset management and MET programs across sites.
• Standardize policies to drive best-in-class performance.
• Support development and execution of annual capital budgets and ensure projects on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Provide regular reporting on key operational and financial metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
