Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking an Engineering Director to lead capital projects across manufacturing and packaging facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to scope, timing, cost, and performance expectations while driving engineering excellence.

This role involves collaborating with site leadership and managing asset reliability programs, aiming for world-class performance in reliability practices. Responsibilities also include mentoring teams and leading cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in food manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading capital projects in the $10MM-$35MM range.
• Background in vendor management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of site-level capital plans and budgets.
• Drive consistent implementation of engineering programs and best practices.
• Support enterprise reliability strategy for asset performance.

Skills

Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development

Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills

Financial acumen including capital planning, forecasting, and cost control

Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
