Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a multi-site organization across North America. You will oversee new product introduction, product and process engineering, tooling, automation, and technical support to drive manufacturing excellence and scalable processes.

You will shape technology roadmaps, guide investment priorities, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring safety, quality, and cost performance in support of customer requirements and business growth.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience in aerospace, gas turbines, precision manufacturing, or a highly engineered manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple sites and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site engineering organization across North America.
• Oversee NPI, product/process engineering, tooling, automation, and technical support.
• Develop technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and high-performing teams.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Represent engineering capabilities with customers, OEMs, suppliers, and partners.
