• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership in aerospace or highly engineered manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site engineering teams and delivering results.
• Strong communication with executives and customers for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy regional engineering leadership and scalable structure across NPI, product, process, tooling, and automation.
• Provide technical leadership for new product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
• Coach and retain an inclusive, accountable engineering organization with clear career paths.
• Support resource planning, risk management, and program reviews for regional sites.
• Develop credible technical estimates and milestone plans with cross-functional partners.
• Own regional engineering roadmap and governance of investment priorities.
