Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 20+ years across electrical engineering, operations, and supply chain with 3-5 years managing sourcing teams.
• Experience with FEOC, IRA/ITC, USMCA, and UL/IEC compliance-driven sourcing environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic US and Mexico; occasional international).

• Build, manage, and develop a team of commodity managers and sourcing program managers; own the budget and headcount plan.
• Serve as escalation point to executive leadership and align priorities across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to input supply chain considerations into the product roadmap; own DFM/DFX.
• Set and execute commodity strategy for best total cost across price, lead time, quality, and working capital.
• Develop inbound logistics and procurement strategy; support MRP/ERP system development; ensure alignment with strategy.
• Own sourcing strategy for AC-to-DC transition; conduct BOM lead-time analysis and production readiness.
• Source and qualify power conversion equipment across multiple suppliers; ensure business continuity.
• Own multi-path battery and BMS sourcing strategy compliant with FEOC and IRA; monitor regulatory developments.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturers for electrical assemblies (US/Mexico, USMCA).
• Lead cost-down initiatives with savings targets tied to roadmaps and working capital goals.
• Negotiate contracts from R&D to long-term agreements; manage supplier risk assessments and business continuity.
