Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director-level Education & Outreach lead to shape and execute education initiatives across outreach programs. You will collaborate with business units, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive training materials and coordinated outreach activities.

You will oversee training programs, manage sessions both in-person and remotely, and ensure rigorous documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years of related PBM/health plan experience.
• 7+ years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and implementation of education and outreach activities.
• Develops training materials and programs including plans, packets, and manuals.
• Delivers training via live sessions, recorded seminars, and e-learning.
• Monitors effectiveness and maintains attendance records.
• Acts as subject matter expert on contract and outreach population.
