Job summary

Prime Therapeutics LLC is seeking an E&O Director to lead Education and Outreach strategies across Medicaid programs. You will collaborate with business units to plan communications, education initiatives, and outreach activities for providers and stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in training, PBM/health plan operations, and proven leadership. Remote work is possible within the United States, with travel as needed. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
7+ years of training experience.
2+ years in a PBM or health plan operation.
2+ years in a training supervisory role.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and implementation of outreach education and activities with DHS, vendors, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain materials for education and outreach including Training Plans, Provider Welcome Packets, and Provider Manuals.
Assist outreach team with development of training programs, including materials and delivery venues (live seminars, e-learning).
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each education/outreach session conducted.
Maintain education/outreach registration and attendance records.
Serve as SME within internal learning team on contract/outreach population issues.
Identify improvements to reduce provider confusion or errors in education content.
Attend DHS events or forums identified by Minnesota DHS.
Provide logistics, scheduling, administration, coordination, event planning, and necessary equipment/materials.
