Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Education & Outreach (E&O) to develop and lead education strategies and outreach activities for provider networks. The role will collaborate with business units, DHS and vendors to design training plans, materials and events.

The position requires extensive experience in training, PBM/health plans, and leadership, with capacity to manage live seminars and remote learning across multiple audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required and relevant field.
• 7+ years of training experience.
• 2+ years in a Pharmacy Benefit Management or health plan operation.
• 2+ years in a training supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and direct other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of education/outreach activities with DHS, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain materials for training programs; training plans, provider packets, manuals.
• Create materials and delivery methods for live seminars, e-learning, and recordings.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each education activity.
• Maintain education/outreach registration and attendance records.
• Serve as SME on contract and outreach population issues.
• Identify improvements to reduce provider confusion or errors.
• Attend events or forums identified by DHS.
• Provide logistics, scheduling, coordination and event planning support.
