Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce growth for DTC/retail brands.
• Hands-on Shopify experience; manage platform and apps.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own homepage, category, and collection curation.
• Lead CRO initiatives and A/B testing roadmap.
• Define ecommerce product roadmap and feature briefs.
• Lead UX strategy and ensure accessibility across surfaces.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with marketing, creative, finance, and operations.
