You will lead digital channels, including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email and analytics, working with cross-functional partners to drive growth and improved customer experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including strategy, campaign management, digital experience and analytics.
• Experience across digital demand generation, website/content management, SEO/SEM, paid media, email/marketing automation and social media.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into integrated digital campaigns to attract, engage, convert and retain customers.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media and analytics.
• Improve digital journeys and usability through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, ecommerce, IT and brand teams to align content and campaigns.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies and manage search engine marketing.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns (search, display, retargeting, email).
• Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners.
