Qualifications

• Significant experience in nonprofit development / fundraising leadership with a track record of managing a team and meeting revenue goals.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior, sophisticated stakeholders.
• Comfort with high-diligence, quantitative funders and ability to translate data-driven impact into a clear case for support.
• Strong people-management skills to coach and grow a small team.
• Strong written and verbal communication to persuasively represent Recidiviz's mission and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Recidiviz’s fundraising team, setting goals and systems.
• Build and maintain fundraising pipeline, calendars, and reporting cadence.
• Own fundraising plan and revenue targets, coordinate with leadership to set priorities.
• Act as primary relationship-holder for high-diligence funders and prepare for major proposals.
• Translate technical impact into compelling funder-ready narratives with Impact Analytics.
