Job summary

Recidiviz, a nonprofit using data and technology to reform the criminal justice system, seeks a fundraising leader to drive growth and secure philanthropic capital.

You will lead the fundraising team, set and execute strategy, and serve as the primary relationship holder for high-diligence funders by translating impact into compelling cases.

The role requires a proven nonprofit development track record, excellent relationship-building, and strong people-management and communication skills.
