Job summary

You will manage training, policy enforcement, and cross-department coordination while guiding daily operations, budget, and strategic initiatives. Remote or any location option is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required; JD strongly preferred but not required.
• Extensive legal conflicts experience within a law firm environment in an attorney or senior paralegal role.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in legal ethics and conflicts rules, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency with conflicts software systems, preferably Elite and Intapp Open.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement best practices in conflicts management and risk mitigation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing conflicts team.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Office of the General Counsel, and cross-functional groups.
• Establish and enforce firm-wide policies on conflicts, intake, and related procedures.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics for the department.
