Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; JD strongly preferred but not required.
• Extensive conflicts experience in a law firm environment.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Subject matter expertise in legal ethics and conflicts rules.
• Experience leading company-wide initiatives in a multi-office setting.
• Proficiency with conflicts software systems such as Elite and Intapp Open.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide firm-wide operational direction for conflict checking.
• Train conflicts managers, counsel and analysts.
• Coordinate with Business Intake and other departments.
• Oversee department policies, procedures and budgets.
• Deliver daily/weekly conflicts reports and QA oversight.
• Collaborate with recruiting, accounting and managing directors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Conflicts team.
