Job summary

Honu Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Compliance to design, implement, and oversee the Ethics Awareness and Compliance Program for Honu Services and sister subsidiaries.

Embedded within the Office of Regulatory Affairs, this role ensures operations align with laws, government contracting standards, and internal policies while supporting growth and risk management. The Director will guide a comprehensive compliance framework for the federal procurement market, reporting to the General Counsel &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement regulations including FAR/DFARS/ITAR.
• Experience with internal and external audits, including government initiatives.
• Ability to advise executive leadership and manage enterprise risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise compliance strategy aligned with government contracting objectives.
• Oversee the program, including development, implementation, and auditing of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and internal standards.
• Maintain Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and make it available to all employees.
• Ensure regular compliance training for all employees and onboarding.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to leadership.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and update the program accordingly.
• Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability across the organization.
• Identify resources and data access needed for effective program operation.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and disclosures as required.
• Oversee internal reporting systems, including anonymous hotlines.
• Investigate alleged Code or Program violations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate notifications to Government where required by law.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
