Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will drive operational excellence, standardize workflows, and support growth, merging initiatives, and strategic workforce planning.

The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to deliver exceptional client service, optimize efficiency, and maximize shareholder value across the national organization.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years Commercial Lines leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial P&C operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers/acquisitions and operational integration.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operational initiatives.

• Partner with leadership to optimize performance and profitability.
