• Lead IDP evolution enabling self-service provisioning.
• Oversee IaC and GitOps with CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage SRE practices, SLIs/SLOs, post-mortems.
• Maintain security baselines, CSPM tooling and Zero Trust.
• Drive FinOps, cost visibility, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and DR testing.
• Mentor distributed team and build career ladders.
