Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Director of Clinical Systems Operations (Pharmacy) to lead and optimize pharmacy-related clinical systems across Eastern or Central hours. You will guide 11 team members (4 direct reports) and manage 50+ clinical workflows and 10,000+ programmed member/provider communications, handling over 8 million annual interactions.

The role requires 7+ years in applications or clinical systems operations, with strong leadership, regulatory, and vendor-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of applications or project management experience.
• Management experience including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Prior ownership of clinical applications and clinical systems operations leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and functionality of clinical systems and programs; gather requirements.
• Provide direction to business functions to align with standard solutions and processes.
• Evaluate system performance and implement improvements.
• Oversee implementations of new clinical systems and upgrades.
• Oversee issue investigations and resolutions for all clinical systems.
