You will architect organization-wide workflows, partner with clinical, product, tech, and frontline teams, and apply probabilistic models to improve outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members.

You will translate strategy into scalable programs, lead with a frontline-first mindset, and grow cross-functional capabilities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of high-ownership operational leadership in fast-moving or regulated environments.
• System architecture and scale experience in mapping, optimizing, and scaling cross-functional processes.
• Advanced data fluency: probabilistic experiments, distinguishing signal from noise.
• High-velocity execution, bridging macro strategy with hands-on problem solving.
• Influence and leadership across cross-functional teams with frontline-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Architecture: design organization-wide strategies and workflows across core metrics.
• Cross-Functional Execution: partner with clinical, product, tech, and frontline teams to scale initiatives.
• Data-Driven Performance: analyze variability, build decision frameworks, and identify performance drivers.
• Servant Leadership: manage directly and via influence to unblock frontline clinicians.
