Ladders seeks a Director, Clinical Systems Operations (Pharmacy) to lead clinical systems across pharmacy workflows for a large multi-program environment. You will partner with IT and clinical stakeholders to align systems with operational needs and communications to members and providers.

This remote role requires strategic oversight, system enhancements, and successful implementation of new clinical systems and upgrades while driving efficiency across programs and coordinating with thousands

Qualifications

• PM/leadership experience in healthcare or pharmacy ops.
• Experience guiding clinical systems implementations and upgrades.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional IT and clinical teams.
• Strong focus on operational alignment and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in clinical systems operations leadership, pharmacy, or managed care operations.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Clinical Systems Operations (Pharmacy) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader is looking for a strategic operator who can oversee the performance, enhancement, and implementation of clinical systems supporting pharmacy-related workflows. In this role, you will partner closely with IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned with operational needs, business expectations, and member and provider communications. You will also help drive efficiency across a large, multi-program environment while identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving system issues.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,600 – $249,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and functionality of clinical systems to improve efficiency
• Ensure systems align with business expectations and operational processes
• Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage implementation of new clinical systems and system upgrades
• Investigate and resolve issues related to clinical systems
• Coordinate workflows across 50+ clinical programs and communications to over 10,000 members and providers
• Collaborate with IT to support systems and program operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in applications, project management, or implementation
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, and performance management
• Direct ownership of clinical applications is highly preferred
• Experience in clinical systems operations leadership, pharmacy, or managed care operations
