Jobgether seeks a senior leader to oversee client services strategy, people development, and operational performance across background and occupational health screening services. You will manage Zendesk tickets, uJET operations, staffing, and coverage while setting KPIs and fostering a client-first culture.

Responsibilities include serving as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and aligning cross-functional teams with compliance, legal, and product priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in progressive client services
• 3+ years in director-level or senior management role
• Experience with Zendesk ticketing system
• Experience with uJET contact center platform
• FCRA compliance familiarity in background screening communications
• Remote role open to eligible US states; no H-1B sponsorship

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy, people, and operational performance for client support across screening services
• Deliver accurate, timely client experiences via phone and ticket-based support channels
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to align client needs with business priorities
• Manage Zendesk queues, uJET operations, staffing models, and coverage schedules
• Set KPIs and career development paths; establish feedback processes for a client-first culture
• Act as senior escalation point for complex client issues and manage strategic accounts
