Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience; 3–5 years in management
• Azure, ServiceNow, Adobe Cloud expertise
• Strategic IT alignment with business goals
• IT budgeting and forecasting
• ITIL, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, HDI
• CMMC compliance knowledge
• Leadership and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational IT leadership across infrastructure and client services.
• Define and monitor service delivery KPIs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with security for cybersecurity best practices and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budget planning.
• Lead and develop cross-functional service delivery teams.
