Job summary

Dexterra Group in the United States is seeking a Director of Business Development for Commercial Construction Services to lead the full sales cycle across multi-location programs, ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and national rollouts.

You will build relationships with executives in retail, hospitality and healthcare, develop regional and national account strategies, and collaborate with estimating, operations, and finance to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within commercial construction, general contracting, design-build, construction management, or related industries.
• Experience selling to organizations with multi-location portfolios or national construction programs.
• Strong relationship-building, senior stakeholder engagement, and sales cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from target account identification to closing long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy for commercial construction services.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations; maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
