Job summary

Dexterra Group in Dallas seeks a Regional Operations Director to oversee the regional operations team, ensuring efficiency and execution of the strategic vision. You will foster long-term relationships with clients, manage multiple contracts, and promote best practices across locations.

The role requires leading a diverse team, driving profitability, and aligning operations with our Vision and Values while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of management experience leading a team in facilities management services.
• Post-secondary education in Management or a business-related degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead others with empathy, open-mindedness and respect.
• Ability to travel between sites as required (roughly 50%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations to ensure efficiency and strategic execution.
• Lead contract management and financial performance including P&L oversight.
• Build and maintain client relationships with an account-level presence.
• Develop and manage budgets, targets and growth opportunities.
• Promote health, safety and environmental standards across locations.
• Plan for business continuity and manage key events.
