Job summary

PEAC Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director of Asset Management to lead our asset management team focused on Construction, Transportation, Industrial, and Material Handling assets. You will set residuals, valuations, and end-of-term strategies while collaborating with cross-functional partners to maximize recovery and minimize inventory time.

The role requires extensive experience in equipment finance and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of equipment finance, leasing, or asset management experience.
• Strong Valuation, residual risk, and remarketing knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish residual values and market valuations for related equipment.
• Develop residual matrices and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain market intelligence on CT&I equipment markets.
• Develop strategies for remarketing off-lease and repossessed equipment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Finance to manage asset-related issues.
• Present asset management results and risks to VP, Asset Management.
